Did you know . . .
I’m kicking off this Monday morning with a new web feature called “Did you know…” You’ve watched me race in the Verizon IndyCar Series for a few years now, but you probably don’t know too much about me away from the race track. Every week I’ll post a new fun fact so you can get to know me a little bit better. And hopefully, through the power of social media, I can get to know you–the fans–too!
Did you know… While I’m racing, I wear earpieces to hear my team strategist, engineer and spotters. But when I’m at home, my headphones are usually blaring Rise Against, Silversun Pickups, Linkin Park or 30 Seconds to Mars. If I’m back on the Best Coast (that’s the West Coast of course), I love tuning into KROQ on the radio. Though the summer racing schedule tends to make it a bit difficult, I try to get to live shows here in Indy too!
